I've had a vehicle loan with SunTrust for over 2 years now. I have the worst experience with their customer service agents ever!
They are not helpful, they do not care about their customers or their situations and they will tell you clearly that they do not have any concern for their customers issues...they have their guidelines to follow. On 6/21/2016, I spoke to Shalon, who states that she is a manger (UVSM15) in regards to being unemployed and asked for my payment to be held until I get income as they do every month.
The manager, Shalon, stated that she can only hold it for 7 days although for the past six months they have held it until the same date of the month. The manager was even more unhelpful than the customer service agent.
Reviewer is in unhappy mood. This person stated that there is a room for improvement of does not work with customers and not helpful. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of suntrust customer care. SunTrust needs to offer any options to resolve the issue according to poster's claims.
