I have been with Suntrust for several years and during my father's illness and subsequent death. I noticed withdrawals of $800.00 $400.00 @ at time I reported it immediately and opened a case.
Because of the emotional roller coaster with my Dad I'd not been checking my account so I called back the bank and asked them to see during the last 3 months what large withdrawals were made as my account had been comprised theft. Suntrust bank is the worst financial bank. They have claimed from the time of notifying them they would only credit no older than 60 days. The crime occurred 1/25 2018 1/31/2018 I notified them in Feb 2018!!
They will not send appeal forms as they claim it insist appealed nor send documents that to substantiate how they arrived at findings.
I was told I could get a lawyer or police to subpoena them!!!! Where is my $800.00 and how did your inadequate staff get away with this
