From the moment we opened our Suntrust Bank we have had nothing but problem but the latest was incredible. They sent our wire pin code to an old address which was only ever a temporary address.
Although we changed our address at the branch and on our records they never told the wire transfer department! Can you believe it. So our pins went to someone who could have transferred all our money out of our account. When I phoned them to arrange new pins they said I had to get a Schedule A form that I could only collect personally from my branch.
What a laugh, they are happy to send my pin numbers to any Tom *** or Harry yet they make it so hard to get a simple form, as I am currently out of town.
The problems we have had with their bureaucracy, over the years is laughable. We now have an account with Bank of America and its so much easier to make transfers, use the online banking etc.
Reviewer is in unhappy mood. This person is quite happy with bank name and stated that there is a room for improvement of lack of functionality of website. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of suntrust wire transfer system. SunTrust needs to offer any options to resolve the issue according to poster's claims.
