I got to the counter to make a deposit and realized I did not have the total amount of deposit as I was depositing to a third party account.

The teller asked me to move away and not touch the counters as she was cleaning to close for the day. This was at 6:25 and the center does not close until 8pm. There was no customer behind me and I told her I forgot the amount and just need to pull it from a text.

This was at 7905 Falls of Neuse Rd and the teller did not have a name id on her or at the counter. I asked for her information and she let out a loud

laugh throwing her card at me saying ‘here is my information’.

The card indicates she is Assistant Vice President and this has thrown me off!

Very intimidating and unprofessional!!
