Trying to get my online business account opened so I emailed them. They claim it will be 5 business days to get it reopened.

I was told I could call in. The recording says I will be helped in the next 20-25 minutes!! Who has the time to sit on hold for that long. How embarrassing.

Sounds like they should take some of my fee's and open a new call center!!!! I am 15 minutes into the call and getting more and more upset with every "your call is important to us" I hear while on hold.

Sounds like my call isn't important at all!! Time to find another bank

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

I didn't like: Being told to call 800 number when i go into the branch.
