I made a $50.00 deposit to my account on Friday at a Sun Trust drive thru teller window. I checked my account online that day to double check my balance.

On Saturday the next day I made a purchase at a department store for $33.00. I checked my account again for an updated balance. My account was at a -$21.00 and the $50.00 deposit did not show. I called customer service (no help).

I took my deposit slip down to the branch on Monday, I am now waiting for an so called investigation. I don't feel good about this situation.

Can anyone give some advice?
