Suntrust has penalized me 84 dollars , and counting for
a .72 cents negative balance. This happened as a result
of an insurance debt. This same insurance debt was not
authorized, as I cancelled the insurance.
It is hopeless to speak to them. I don't even
know if I am talking to a human being.
I have never felt so cheated. And the coldness.
The experiences with Suntrust have been bad My
debt lists constantly gets adjusted to the point
that I don't know what the *** I did online banking.
Thank God I will be changing my bank to Bank of
America. I hope it is better.
