I have been banking with Suntrust for the past 22 years. My check book was stolen and I reported it immediately by phone to Suntrust fraud department.

I even then went to branch to make sure that Suntrust had all information needed to make sure that my account was not access by fraudulent activity. In the following 2 days Suntrust paid 2 fraudulent checks from the group of checks reported as STOLEN, that did not have my signature.

My checking account was left with 0 dollars. After all this ordeal, Suntrust will take 15 days to return my money ($3,000) leaving me with 0 dollars in my account for 15 days, after I took all precautions to notify Suntrust.
