Sadly I have a mortgage with Suntrust bank and in January of 2012, I applied for a refinance. Today is 07/18/12 and I'm still trying to get my loan closed. My loan officer Ken Duncan is rude and inconsiderate.

The entire process has been in error. I've had to fill out many many forms sometimes the same form over and over again. All of Suntrusts processes are designed to make it easier for them, not the customer.

My credit rating and income are excellent and I've never been late on a payment in 5 years, yet I feel like I'm treated like a criminal.

Don't walk, RUN far away from this terrible bank.
