I Have been trying to access my accounts for days now. Calling gets me some fast talking little girl type. Nothing gets me on. I ,too am pissed at them and their lack of info. I did manage to change my e address. One success.

Centris close my account kept the money and I still haven’t received it he’s people are crooks do not do business these people will take your money and never return it

Trust bank said they were doing investigation on my account This was three months ago they still have $10,000 of ours they have not returned they said it was for fraud to kiss modular charges came into our account so we don’t even have checks how anything else to come into the account people are crooks do not do business or You will regret it we still don’t have our $2000robertvantrease
SunTrust - Worst customer service. Worst system
Do not use them! They will make some stupid mistake like changing your name, charge you some stupid paper fee, disable your online banking etc. And if you call them for help: you’ll be on hold and transfer forever until to talk to some idiot who tell you to go to a branch! 4 times I called already —-> just go to the branch or DON’T DO BUSINESS with Suntrust
SunTrust in Greenacres, Florida - Poor customer service
SunTrust never has enough employees to take care of their customers. Every time I go there, there is only one person working and a line of people to see a customer service rep. They are always new and don’t have the knowledge of everything as well. This institution is terrible if u want any kind of good service.
SunTrust - Do not use this Bank!
For the third time in as many months, my account has been locked for absolutely no reason. I have spent hours trying to clarify this and requested supervisor return phone calls each time, to no avail. Today it happened again, and I have been sitting on the phone for more than half an hour. They used to have wonderful customer service, I had been a bank Patron for 20 years, I won't be by the end of this month.
