I need to speak to a banker about a problem I am having with family members related to a deceased individual for whom I had Power of Attorney while she was alive. I have tried repeatedly to contact the personal banker associated with the account, however she does not return my calls and I cannot get through to a live person at this bank.
I am uncertain as to whether these family members have even contacted the bank to let them know she is deceased.
They are asking me for access information to this account and I have already given them the checkbook and debit card that were in my possession. I do not recall the username or password I used for this account and made no attempts to access this account after she passed.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
