This bank is a nightmare. Do not do business with them.

My father’s IRA was passed to my mother 28 years ago. My mother passed away 5 months ago.

I was the 2nd beneficiary of my father. Besides the little matter of the bank losing a change of beneficiary form that would have named my sister as new 1 st beneficiary, they are completely unreachable. They have a customer service company that has no access to the actual bank.

They cannot call the bank. They can only email the bank. The email may not be returned or may take several days. The bank employees have no names.

Letters you send may be incorrectly read. Letters may be written to you, but no signature. Letters written to you are confusing and unprofessional. Files are lost.

Records of contact are not kept. The personal Branch is equally inept. I have tried for 4 months to get this matter handled with no end in sight.

ZERO CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.

Invest at your own risk. They’re either incompetent or sleasy.
