I open account online 7/24/18 and then it was closed.i have no problem with that the problem is i was told when i went to the branch and spoke with joe peters he call and while i sat there what he told me yes account was closed and that a check was being processed and will be in the mail ok thats fine i will just call my landlord well going on the 10th i am now being told that it was a bad check/fraud i talk to lorraine adams that time she said nothing can be done i will have to call the company so i did call trowe retirement service they told me it was not a bad check it is showing that it was cleared n cash on 7/25/18 n they had a reference number and someone could reach out to them cause they are not able to send out another check when that one been cash so i call again talk to someone name mary in the fraud department she said my account was closed but its a check in the mail well its been 20 days now and i talk to a supervisor and she tells me mary gave me false information n they will do better at training so i just been giving the run around after talking to over a dozen people after a account is closed i read on all website it takes up to 10 days n out of the bkue thats when im hearing my check was bad well i hope i get a reply and ger my funds return to me here is the bank trowe said that could verify check M n T Bank 18007242440.Thank you,Donna Williams my email williamsd1967@yahoo.com
