False credit reporting: 2 plus months, still no resolution!! Why does it take this long??

Shouldn't take longer than a day to investigate and resolve. A representative gave me false information and I don't understand why you do not investigate this matter? Why did not not question Representative? Why don;t you investigate the information posted on my account?

They provided incorrect advise and in addition put out false information on my account, but take no responsibility for it. I have already contacted the BBB and Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and have a case pending.

What else can I do? Need help.
