For 37 years we have banked with Suntrust Bank (previously Hamilton Bank) in Morristown, TN. The bank moved and I lost my safety deposit box.

I decided I’d live with that. Then I went to the new bank drive thru. Unbelievable. One can not talk with a teller and conduct business from the drive thru.

It’s an ATM which I, and many others will not use. To make an after hours deposit one must go into the bank—very unsafe. So I have to go into the bank for the simplest of transactions. A real pain.

While I waited in line today, inside the bank, I heard multiple complaints re just this issue.

I hate to think I will need to change banks or drive to the Talbott branch to find banking service. Surely you can improve this situation.
