This has to be the greediest, careless bank I've ever banked with. Their awful and would not recommend anyone there......

I've been with them for over 4 years and I'm now going back to Chase.... Chase is wonderful!!! Suntrust charger me over a 180$ in fees because I missed the deadline by a few minutes. I'm a wonderful banker, and have been very very good with my account over the years, always keep over a 1,000$ in there but this time I wasn't able to.

Do you think they care, do you think their to look out for you and your money, heck NO.

All they want is to take it!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Price reduction.

Suntrust uses a third party non Suntrust Call Center in Manilla Phillipeans to attend to both personal and business banking accounts. This call center is not govern or regulated by US Laws nor by the FDIC nor the Federal Reserve.

That means if we are providing them with our account numbers and account information of any type, Any sole customer service rep. or hacker can use these account numbers and information and take minies from the account.
