You know what sucks is to work your butt off just for this place to take your money. I deposited a check from my employer which had an issue days after it was cleared.
So when my card was declined I called the bank to ask why my account is overdrawn and my check taken. I fix the issue with my employer than asked suntrust if I was going to get charged fees as my employer gave me the bad check and they said as long as I put the money back by 9 AM the next day I wouldn't be charged. So I did and then I still got charged overdraft fees of 36 the next morning which they refused to correct after they gave me incorrect information. They said it was supposed to be 9 o'clock pm and I had an extra $12 fee for the check being bad after clearing it days before.
This bank will trick you out of your money and use every way to take advantage of you. This is the worst company by far.
