Have a SunTrust checking account, it was formerly CCB--agreed to have a $5.00 fee coming out of the CCB account for a Plus Package. Questioned this amount July of 2008, was told that this program was'nt offered by bank, so we had them stop removal of money. Trying to get money back--been told that Shirley told my branch mgr program was cancelled in Aug of 2004--haven't got refund as of now. Complaints have been filed formally. Bank did give money back for checks I had bought, tho but bank mgr says he is getting the same runaround from Affinion as I am.
